Yoga at CHA

Dear Community Yoga Participants:


Community Yoga will be back in September.  Date to be determined.  Check back for more information!


Unfortunately, we will need to cancel our Friday evening yoga classes until further notice. This is to help prevent the spread of the Coronavirus which is now present in our community. We will keep you posted about any changes. In the meantime, please practice good self-care, including yoga! 

We encourage everyone to stay active in practicing yoga. Information about yoga sequences, poses and classes can be found at yogajournal.com. 


Cabarrus Health Alliance is pleased to host Free Community Yoga

This class is a perfect introductory class for people at all levels of fitness. Students will learn the fundamentals of proper alignment as well as how to breathe fully. Use of props will be encouraged to support the body and make the poses comfortable.

Friday nights from 6:00-7:00 pm

*Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for registration

Who:

Adults and children 12 years and up are welcome!

Equipment Need:

Bring your own mat if you have one.
