Join Chef Corey on a 4 week series. Each week we will focus on a specific vegetable and all the different ways to make it. Each class builds on the one before, expending your skills and knowledge. Bring the whole family to taste samples of each creation.
$20.00 per class for families of 5. An extra $5.00 for any additional persons.
You’ll have the opportunity to take some ingredients home for you to try making delicious meals at home!
Classes on Mondays as follows:
April 3 - leafy green – lettuce, spinach and chard.April 10 - cruciferous – cabbage, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts and broccoli.April 17 - marrow – pumpkin, cucumber and zucchini.April 24 - root – potato, sweet potato and yam.
