REACH Community Garden Initiative Application

  1. The Cabarrus Health Alliance is seeking faith-based organizations who have an interest in reviving or starting a community garden. At no cost, participating organizations will receive trainings, technical assistance and materials ranging from $500 to $2,000 in value. This opportunity is made possible through the Cabarrus County Racial and Ethnic Approaches to Community Health (REACH) project. The amount of materials and supplies will be determined by existing resources, application findings and need. Please visit REACHcabarrus.org to learn more about the Cabarrus County REACH program. Completed applications can be submitted via email, mail, or online.
