The Arc of Rowan is making the community aware of the effects of alcohol during pregnancy. The The Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (FAS) Awareness program includes going into middle schools and presenting information as well as educating the general community. FAS is 100% preventable as there is no safe amount of alcohol during pregnancy.
