Working together with other agencies in the community, CCM helps individuals and families overcome their immediate crisis needs. Financial assistance clients must be residents of Cabarrus County or live within the city limits of Kannapolis. They also offer assistance with rent, utilities/fuel, medications.
For assistance with food, CCM offers resources such as the pantry and mobile pantry, Community Calendar of meals, Samaritan's Table and the Backpack Program which provides healthy food for after school programs.
Assistance with housing is offered through programs such as My Father's House, Mother's and Children Housing Ministry and Project Independence.
