Each month "Featured at Resource Café" will highlight one of our community partners and the services they provide for children and youth with special health needs. Currently we have the Innovative Approaches project at the Cabarrus Health Alliance highlighted. This project created the Resource Café website in order to "Create Access for Families through Education," which results in increased access to needed services and resources.
