Effective Spring 2013, the Cabarrus County Sheriff’s Department teamed up with Dr. Robert Parrish, Carolina Value Vet Mobile Pet Vaccine Clinic, to provide monthly Rabies vaccinations for dogs and cats in Cabarrus County at a reduced rate.
