The North Carolina Breast and Cervical Cancer Control Program (BCCCP) provides free or low cost breast and cervical cancer screening and follow up services to eligible women in North Carolina. If cancer is found, patients who are eligible may apply for Breast and Cervical Medicaid to cover the cost of treatment.

- Pap Smears
- Diagnostic testing for abnormal results
Hours of Operation
Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Once a month clinics are held at community locations in Cabarrus and Rowan Counties.
Eligibility and Payment Options
To see if you are eligible for BCCCP, please contact our appointment line at 704-920-1205, option 3.
Eligible women most be between the ages of 40-64, have a household income at or below 250 percent of the federal poverty level, and be uninsured or underinsured. (Eligibility is assessed when appointment is made.)
