Testing and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases provided daily. Please call 704-920-1205 for an appointment.

Confidential HIV testing and counseling services available at no charge and without an appointment.

Monday & Thursday                   8:00am-5:30pm
Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday    8:00am-4:30pm

Case Management Information
As of October 31st, 2011, case management services for persons with HIV/AIDS have been discontinued, due to funding cuts. Please call 704-920-1103 ext. 7240 for an automated list of resources, or click here for a printable list.
