WELCOME
to the Cabarrus Health Alliance Oral
Health Program. We offer oral health education, preventive and
restorative dentistry services to residents of Cabarrus County. Our
emphasis is on dental education and prevention strategies to prevent
future painful and costly dental disease.
MISSION STATEMENT:
We aim to “Achieve The Highest
Level Of Individual And Community Oral Health Through Collaborative
Action.”
ELIGIBILITY:
Services are offered to Cabarrus
County residents. Medicaid, NC Health Choice, and some private
insurances are accepted. Individuals who meet certain eligibility
criteria may qualify for a fee scale.
STAFFING:
Fully staffed with 4 dentists, 3
Public Health Dental Hygienists, 8 Certified Dental Assistants and
additional support staff. Spanish-speaking staff is available.
CLINIC SERVICES PROVIDED:
Our state-of-the-art facility has
been recently expanded to 12 chairs. We provide comprehensive care
through preventive services (cleanings, x-rays, fluoride treatments,
and sealants) and routine general dentistry. We take care of infants,
children, adolescents, adults and patients with special needs.

DIRECTIONS FROM KANNAPOLIS:
Take Hwy 29 South / S CANNON
BLVD / US-601 S, from I-85. Cross over I-85. Continue traveling 4.5
miles. Pass Super K-Mart on the right. Turn right at the next light
(Taco Bell/KFC on the corner). The Cabarrus Health Alliance Dental
Clinic is at The Community at The Village (behind Burger King).
ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
Preventive and restorative dental treatment is provided by a mobile
dental van that travels to schools. In an effort to reduce the
incidence of dental caries in preschool children, the Cabarrus Health
Alliance dental team provides dental screenings and referrals for
preschool aged children in community settings as well as oral health
education to children, parents, teachers, and childcare providers. We
are also a recognized training center for healthcare students and
professionals.
