Healthy Cabarrus, a Certified Healthy Carolinians Partnership, is a collaborative alliance of community representatives and leaders from healthcare, government, business and industry, community service agencies, medical service providers, the general population and the faith community.
Recognizing that many of today's community health problems are too complex for one group or agency to solve alone, our mission is to unite together to commit our time, talents, and financial resources to the creation of a healthy community.
