Cabarrus County has a well-coordinated system of health and human services involving both public and private providers. This system is, in fact, considered to be a model for other communities. Through collaboration, we have enjoyed much success in identifying community needs, seeking grants to support innovative projects, and providing a broad range of health services to all segments of our population.
This section, describing the Health and Human Services Safety-Net Providers in Cabarrus County, is a resource for understanding the network of services provided in our community and the complexity of how providers work together to maximize funding and human resources. We hope you will use it as a directory of providers and contacts for future reference.
