Immunization services are provided free of charge for all children from
birth through age 18. This includes: diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis
(whooping cough), Hib (influenza type b), polio, hepatitis B,
hepatitis A,
measles, mumps, rubella and varicella (chicken pox). Tetanus-diphtheria
is provided to all at no charge. Adults may receive tetanus-diphtheria
boosters every 10 years.
Measles, Mumps, and Rubella is also available, there may be a charge for
this. Flu vaccine is provided to the community in the fall. Pneumonia
vaccines are available at a cost of $42.00 at Cabarrus Health Alliance.
Please bring your immunization record with you. Appointments are
available from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday and
8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday and Thursday.

MMR (Measles-Mumps-Rubella) -- no charge for first vaccine. May be a charge
of $65.00 for the second.
Meningococcal vaccine for college students and
international travelers -- $110.00
Meningococcal vaccine—some are eligible for free vaccine per NC
State guidelines.
Hepatitis B adult -- $60.00/per dose
Hepatitis A adult -- $70.00/per dose
Twinrix (Hepatitis A&B) -- $90.00/per dose Zostavax (shingles) vaccine -- $195.00 Gardasil (HPV) vaccine -- $165.00/per dose. Some
are eligible for free vaccine per NC state guidelines.
