Cabarrus County Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) The Cabarrus County LEPC conducts planning and manages information about hazardous chemicals manufactured, stored and transported within the county to assist in the protection of its citizens.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has book called "Are You Ready? A Guide to Citizen Preparedness."  It is available for download or you can call 1-800-480-2520 to request a copy.
