Centers for Disease Control is now encouraging everyone
to get vaccinated against H1N1, especially persons 65
years and older, as they are at higher risk of serious
flu-related complications.
Also persons may make an appointment to receive the H1N1 vaccine at Cabarrus
Health Alliance by calling 704-920-1205. Cabarrus Health Alliance is located
at 1307 S. Cannon Blvd., Kannapolis, NC.

People with flu-like symptoms are not eligible for
vaccination.
If you fill-out consent forms ahead of time, you will
