In the requirement definition
phase, 680 requirements and over 4000 data fields were
defined. Below are links to blank versions of the
requirements table and data fields table. These blank
versions can be used as templates to evaluate other
product solutions or to give to vendors to complete. The
second tab of the worksheet is an "Instructions" document that provides instructions for completing an
evaluation.

Hint: If you will be using these templates, change the weighted average percentage fields on the overall scoring worksheet to reflect your percentages and any other changes (i.e. headers) before you begin the evaluation. This will reduce the time to complete the scoring after the evaluation.
